The mirage cover is designed to prevent the heat mirage from disturbing the silencer’s line of sight. It will also reduce the silencer’s heat signature in a tactical situation. It also reduces the sound from the silencer when hitting objects like branches and similar objects when hunting.The Mk3 silencer mirage cover can withstand heat up to 600℃.
